A little something for neighbors and family who have been examples of Christlike love.
I did a tutorial on how to make these table runners last February for Valentines Day.
(see post 2/9/11)
They work up well in any holiday fabric.
I love this flag fabric, with left over yardage from a backing I made for a Patriotic quilt several years ago.
One of the nice things about these table runners is that they can be made from small pieces of fabrics and scraps.
One with the flag fabric as the focus down the middle, with blue trim.
And another one where the flag shows more on the back, with red down the middle.

I realize in sewing I need to think about six or twelve months ahead. I may be late for the 4th but I saw the cutest Halloween fabric at American Quilting!
I shouldn't be surprised, summer clothes are all but gone. It's back to school now. I always seem to be a little behind!
Have a great 4th Nedra!
