Embellished with machine embroidered applique.

It's an amazing quilt, it looks intricate but I bet if anyone can do it, that must be all about technique.

wow that doesn't look like any kind of beginner quilt to me :) the machine embroidery alone looks complicated. Such great use of diamond shapes in this quilt. This might have been a first time entry to a quilt show - but I sure bet it wasn't her first quilt!!
