One of my biggest frustrations before meeting Sue was how to organize all the information I had gathered. I had boxes of documents, pictures, family group sheets and charts. My efforts to put things in an understandable order felt overwhelming. Sue has developed an organizational system for Family History that is easy to follow. Within just a few hours of instruction at Sue's kitchen table, my life was changed. People flock to her free classes in St. George. She very generously donates her time to helping those of us who often feel paralyzed in doing our Family History work.
Not all of us can sit at Sue's kitchen table, or attend one of her classes. Good news! Sue just started a blog called Numbers Will Work where she will teach us step by step how to organize our files. All of this information is shared out of the kindness and generosity of Sue's heart. So, if you are interested in doing Family History work, and would like to learn a simple way to organize your files, make sure to put Sue's blog Numbers Will Work on your sidebar and become a follower.
*Sue wanted me to add that there will be a small fee for materials. "There is no greater gift you can pass along to your family than an organized record of your life and those of your Ancestors"

I am going to hop on over to her blog. Considering that St. George is quite a distance for me to travel, her blog with be the next best thing. Thanks for pointing me in her direction.
Fascinating. We've done some similar organizing and even traveled to where my Dad was born and did some research in the small town in PA. What a wonderful feeling to "connect" with our family.
Thanks for the info. I'm gonna have to do this....

I LOVE Family History!! Boy, do I need help with organization. I will sign up now. Thanks a lot!
I find it so interesting that Hollywood has discovered Family History. The spirit of it is something that cannot be argued with. It is so strong.
I LOVE Sue!! She has helped me so much and is so generous with her time. Now I can keep being inspired by going to her blog and I can stop in a say hello to her whenever I want now. Thanks for telling me and for introducing me to your angel in the first place.
