Eating Chocolate Helps You To Stay Thin

CBS NEWS has reported the latest in Health Pop: Eating Lots of Chocolate helps People Stay Thin.

Published in the Archives of Internal Medicine:

What explains the effect? Even though chocolate can be loaded with calories, it's full of antioxidants and other ingredients that may promote weight loss, the researchers said"

*you can read more of the article HERE.

Did you notice, they didn't even say it had to be dark chocolate?

hmmmm... but it did mention exercising 3 times a week.

To which Mr. Cactus JOKINGLY replied "I knew it. Eventually they will discover that everything I love to eat is healthy for me."
