Time for show and tell!
Verny brought her latest Halloween quilt. She works for Bernina and this was done entirely on the embroidery machine.
We met last night at Pat's house. She took us into her sewing room to see the progress she has made on her Feathered Sun by John Flynn.
Wow.
Pat lives in a small Southern Utah town near Zion National Park, and she has decorated her entire home in Southwest designs.
Look at this wonderful applique.
Her house is full of amazing quilts.
She has completed many of the blocks from Hearts and Tulips.
This is what it will look like once it is completed.
Don't you love to look at the design boards of creative people?
These are some of Pat's works in progress.
Even the clock in her sewing room is creative!
The latest finished piece. This one hangs in her guest bathroom.

Nedra, wow!
I love these virtual quilt shows. So much talent. The feathered sun really caught my eye.
Wow, Pat's quilts are truly amazing! The applique it to die for.
I thoroughly enjoyed the quilt show. Thanks for sharing. You are amongst creative people--how fortunate are you.

That pumpkin is stunning. I love it. I had to stop and look at it. Love it all really. But the pumpkin was pretty special.
Nedra...such pretty quilts and inspiration! Pat seems pretty amazing, herself!
Nedra,
As you know, I just fell in love with hand applique. These quilts are amazing...my dream is to one day be half as talanted. You're right, if I could just do one of those...EVER....I'd be happy!
