Is it legal to start playing with
Christmas fabrics
on December 31st?
Will the quilt police
hunt me down,
slap my hands
and tell me
it's time to pull out the
Valentine fabrics
instead?
No more pawing
through
and petting
the reds and greens
with Santas
Holly
and
Candy Canes?
Uh Oh
(I haven't touched my machine
in a over a week
and
my fingers
are just itching
to get going again)

Happy New Year to you - do any of us really like the quilt police :) I don't think I have valentine fabric
Totally legal... and no one will tell anyway.
Go for it!! :D It's so freeing to work with Christmas fabrics *after* Christmas, don't you think? No pressure, no deadlines, other things calling for your attention have settled back down. . . I love post-Christmas Christmas sewing. ;D
Nothing wrong with getting a "little" head start on Christmas!! :-))
no rules.
do whatever you want.
that's the beauty of it!
As a matter of fact I am working on a Christmas Quit too. I think we are just getting a head start! LOVE your fabrics!! Enjoy and Happy New Year
If I started today on a christmas fabric project I just might get it done for next year!
So yes, go for it and enjoy.
Happy New Year my dear friends

Totally legal, and widely encouraged.
Go for it Nedra. There are no blog police watching you. Happy New Year my friend and thanks for your lovely friendship - Hugs Nat
I haven't touched mine really in 2 1/2 weeks. I'm itching, too. Love Christmas prints.
