My children keep telling me I need to modernize my home. I am too behind the times. Of course I am old but maybe if I read this book I will be inspired. I love the placemats.

Hi Nedra!
We are in the planning/moving soon stages of renovating our home, so this book would be the perfect inspiration for new projects to make. I love the modern style of adapting traditional patterns in a new way that's fresh and simple. Maybe this will give me the necessary "push" to be inventive!

Quilt books are like fabric, one can never have too many, and that is why I would love to win this one, but mostly because the samples provided look like patterns that are very appealing to me.

I love the simplicity of the designs and although they are "modern" they are also very classic in many ways-- perfect combo! Thanks for the chance to win! Sarah: crjandsbj(at)netzero(dot)com

I tend to be very traditional in my quilting. I would love to try this modern trend to see how it might stretch my style.

There is no such thing as too many when it comes to quilts. My beds demonstrate the 'layered look'
- UST as useful in decor as clothing!
