That Nanette!

That Nanette! (Of Freda's Hive) has done it again. She has come up with a plan for 2009. She and her friend Cheryl are organizing and gathering creative ideas for Christmas next year. Yes, you read that Christmas.
It's called "Great Ideas for a Handmade Christmas 2009".

They will post gifts and ideas that they have made or want to make.
And they need our help.
For the next two weeks they are asking us to contribute to their list by sending in our ideas. They want us to share what gifts and ornaments we have made, or what is on our wish list.
By clicking on the icon on my side bar, you can go directly to Nanette's blog and share your pictures and thoughts.
She says she will start her sewing in September to get ready for Christmas. I know I will be starting way before then. This last year I saw so many things on your blogs that I want to make that it will take me 12 months (and then some) to just get started!
I've already purchased some new Christmas fabric... and I've ordered my Kaleidoscope ruler to make Kim's Christmas quilt....I have the fabric picked out to make Christmas pin cushions... and I have a 2nd Christmas Quilt all worked up in my mind.....
I know once I see all your ideas I will want to make everything you are doing too.
Thanks Nanette. Maybe with your help my Christmas of 2009 will be more organized and handmade.
