I was watching one of my favorite shows "The Barefoot Contessa" with Ina Garten the other day. She was making her famous Triple Chocolate Cookies.
As she took a bite of the warm cookie, with gooey goodness on her lips she said, and I quote:
"You can be miserable before you eat a cookie, and you can be miserable after you eat a cookie, but you can never be miserable while you are eating a cookie."
Ina Garten has no formal training, and is self taught through reading American and French cookbooks. She is currently the host of "The Barefoot Contessa" on the Food Network channel.
I love the sound of Ina's voice. So soothing and relaxing. She seems at peace with herself, especially when she is in the kitchen creating. I love to watch people who have passion for their art, and who are really good at what they do.
That would be Ina.
