Blogiversary GIVE AWAY Day 4!

We are now onto day 4 of my Blogiversary Give Away! Make sure to leave a comment so you can be included in the drawing.
I think this post should be titled "Potpourri", because today's Give Away's are kind of a little bit of this and a little bit of that.

First, I will be Giving Away 1 yard of this fabric called "Fabric Hideaway" designed by Becky and Me for Print Concepts. I blogged about this fabric a few weeks ago and had such a tremendous response, that I figured you might be happy to win some of it.

And if you have been following me at all, you know I have a deep illness. It's called "Button Fever" and it's highly contagious.
I've been looking at every fabric to see if it has 'button possibilities" and have been obsessed with covered buttons.
Added into the pot today are 10 of my custom covered buttons.

I knew I had to put in two from the Fabric Hideaway line.

These are from vintage fabric.

And 6 more that just say "summer".
There is a new notion out by Nancy Zieman for Clover called a Stack 'n Store Bobbin Tower.
This is part of today's prizes also.
This helps you neatly stack and organize 30 bobbins.
I notice it will not only hold the metal bobbins from my machine, but also the pre-wound bobbins from Superior Threads.
And last, but not least, I've been making a lot of these 12" X 12" Halloween blocks for my Spooktacular Halloween Swap. Many people have written and wished they were in our group and could have one of these blocks also. Well, today is your day to possibly win one.
Remember, here are the rules:
1.) 1 point for each day you leave a comment. Be sure to visit all 5 days!
2.) 1 point if Cactus Needle is on your side bar/or feed.
3.) 1 point if you blog about this Give Away.
*And make sure I have your e-mail address so I will be able to reach you if you win!

Tomorrow will be our last day of the Give Away and prizes will be announced on Saturday July 4th.

I have very solid reasons to be the winner of today's giveaway:
1.I have run out of ideas for secret places for hiding my fabric, so need the inspiration that your fabric provides;
2.I love spiders. I bet not many of your visitors can say that about themselves;
3.I love the buttons.

Do I need to say more!

I love the material. I have been eyeing the bobbin holder. I want to try to make the buttons to put on hair clips for my granddaughters'. I can't remember if they are 1 1/2". Any body can give me an idea as I'm going to Jo Ann's this afternoon. Your buttoms are so cute. I am going through my other "figure" fabrics so I can come up with some cute fabrics. I have to find some Hannah Montana fabric....utmost important with one granddaugher!

Cathrin said...

You have a wonderful blog. and I really enjoy looking at your buttons, they ae so cute! I inherited a box full of buttons from my grandparents, and it was great fun looking at them, even though they are "regular" buttons, so I can understand your interest in buttons.
