In celebration we had a St. Patrick's Day party.
We each brought a GREEN present to share as part of the fun games Margaret had planned.
The school teacher in Margaret really comes out. We were asked true and false questions, testing our knowledge about St. Patrick's Day.
Guess who got the least amount of correct answers?
I can only say that it was a person who would really like to go to Ireland someday.

Look at this beautiful glass necklace I won in another game.
Margaret made delicious treats.
In making the key lime bars, Margaret figured a few extra drops of green food coloring would brighten the dessert up a bit.
We called these Divaishly Green, or even Nuclear Green.
Be warned: One bite turned people's lips and tongues a ghastly color.
Of course, we had to tease Margaret about her cooking experiment.

Wow, what fun! :)) I love the glass necklace.
I just love celebrating holidays...I know it is stupid, but gives one something to look forward to. Love the March theme for Divas...

Too funny Nedra...treats that turn your lips green! I love it.
Cute necklace!

that looks like too much fun.
Love reading about you Diva's and I would be right along with you on getting the correct answers. Hubby and I have Ireland on a someday list. The desserts look yummy. Can't wait to see the quilts.
It again look like you ladies had a great green time. I know a little bit about Ireland because I was once (years ago). You would love the country and the people Nedra. You should go one day. Enjoy the post - Hugs Nat
Sounds like you had a great time. I've been to Ireland twice, once for just a day, the other time for a week in a rented cottage in County Waterford (where they make the crystal) and it's a lovely place to visit. You should try and go.
Glad you could join the divas. I was thinking I'll miss these gals when you sell your home.
