Tiny Treats Bags

I've been making Tiny Halloween Treat bags for my grandbabies.
Two contrasting fat quarters will make 4 of these fun little bags.
Two will have the dark fabric on the top, and two will reverse and have the light fabric on the top.
Just the right size to fill with little goodies.
The pattern is found in the latest edition of Quilts and More
Q & M version
Last Saturday I taught a Make It and Take It class of these treat bags at our local quilt shop.

One of the employees had the cute idea of making hers with Christmas fabrics and filling the bag with 3 fat quarters. Wouldn't this make a great present for a quilting friend?
Hmmm...

Yep, it sure would! Or a yarnie friend or a gardening friend or a read-a-holic friend, etc, no?

I love that one with the wee penguin on it:) We don't make such a big occasion of Halloween here, but I think your wee ones are such fun and the fabrics neat. I can see them being so cute at Easter filled with Easter treats......

Hi Nedra. Just wanted to let you know I picked up a copy of this magazine and have some Halloween fabric to make these cute bags, that you've inspired me to make. I also want to make them for gifts for a quilt retreat, plus some for Christmas gifts. Thanks so much!
