I'm so happy because this lady is one we can all learn from. I've been yabbering at her for some time now to start a blog because she has so much to share. Trust me, you are going to want to add her to your side bar.
Judi has studied nutrition for 35 years. She calls it an obsession, and I would agree. We often call her Dr. Judi because so many call her for advice with health issues. I've seen her devote countless hours in helping people improve their health through natural means. We also call her "Judi Says" because we have heard so many people start a sentence with "Judi says...."
Judi is a quilter, and I know we will be seeing some of her fun quilt projects too!
Judi is an amazing cook and makes what I like to call "pretty food". I'm excited to see what recipes she will share with us.
Even though she lives at the top of the state, and I live at the bottom of the state, we see each other often. Two of Judi's daughters attend school at SUU, and her family makes a lot of trips our way. One daughter is on a basketball scholarship and we try and attend as many of her games as possible.
I have a daughter attending school up north at the U of U, so I make a lot of trips Judi's direction. We parent each other's kids when they need a mama, and it works out well.
Judi has 5 children, and is married to a wonderful man named Brad.
I'm sure we will be receiving all kinds of tips on family health, food storage, cooking, and of course quilts!
