Think Halloween

I thought I'd give you a little sneak peek of what I have been working on this weekend.
Think Halloween.

Part of it will have an original block made by my friend Nanette of Freda's Hive. I've always wanted one of her houses, and this one turned out so wonderful. I love how she fussy cut the door and windows.

And I love the orange ric rac. Now when ever I see ric rac, I think of Nanette.

Other parts of this quilt will showcase Halloween fabrics.

This Halloween quilt is already so special to me because I have something made by people I admire very much. Jackie K. of Canton Village Works is in the line-up.

And then there are all those fun Halloween fabrics from this years fabric lines.

Of course I had to throw in a little Texture Magic here and there. Every quilt is just that much better when it has Texture Magic.
