*By the way, John Flynn is getting ready to teach classes at Superior Threads School of Threadology next month right here in St. George, Utah. Contact ricci@superiorthreads.com if you are interested in finding out more about his class schedule.
I have been seeing this fun block being made on so many blogs in the last few months.
Lurline made hers as part of the BOM with Material Obsession. Their packets included a lot of Kaffe's which drew me in like a bloodhound on a trail.
Sue Ross (formerly of Timeless Threads) is also teaching this as a class at Material Obsession. If time and money were no constraint, you would see me hopping on over to Australia and taking this class from Sue ASAP. But for now, I will have to be satisfied to pull out all my Kaffe fabrics and dream in my own little sewing room.
I didn't know John Flynn had those templates. They look great! I am doing MO's BOM as well and love it!
ReplyDeleteThat is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWasn't that a good find? I'm happy to be doing the Sue Ross bom through MO, she does wonderful quilt designs.
ReplyDeleteHi Nedra! I loved seeing your pics of Houston - it was like being there only without the sore feet! Next time I'll take better shoes! I'm glad all went well - it looked like you were super busy! I wish I'd seen those templates - might have to order me some! xo, Nan
ReplyDeleteOh, I wish I had stopped in his booth. I didn't realize he had those templates.
