A few days ago I was looking at Pat Sloan's blog and she featured butterfly fabric and talked a little about butterfly's in general.
She even listed the largest web site dedicated to butterfly's.

The stories brought back memories of when my children were little.
As I was tucking them into bed at night they often would ask for "butterfly kisses".
"Butterfly kisses" are very special. Place your eye lash next to the child's cheek and then blink, blink, blink your eyes rapidly for several seconds. The effect feels very whispy and can even tickle, as if a butterfly had visited and given you a kiss.
My 4 older children are grown now, and Paul is 17 and much too "cool" for a butterfly kiss. I guess I'll need to save them for my grandbabies.
**I just received the wonderful news today that our 3rd grandchild is on it's way!
Congrats on grandbaby #3. Lee Greenwood said it perfectaly in his song Butterfly Kisses;)
